Mr Bill was first seen on blotter around 1982.

The character created by Walter Williams was featured in a Saturday Night Live sketch first in 1976. Williams became a full time writer for the show in 1978 with more than 20 sketches featuring the character airing.

Our designs are printed with a plant based food grade ink, printed on absorbent blotting paper with brightly colored perforated psychedelic artwork.
